Newcastle now has two excellent complimentary universities and major international businesses that are based in the area. This has created a good demand for our rental accommodation from both students and professionals. Jesmond has an eclectic mix of established families, first time buyers, young professionals and students. There are several small shopping areas, gyms, tennis courts, a swimming pool and library. It is probably most famous for the social scene and with up to 20 bars and restaurants throughout the area, there is somewhere to suit everyone's taste and pocket. There are 3 metro stops and a good bus service enabling easy access to the surrounding areas.

Sandyford is great for eating out

Sandyford is a favourite with students as it is the closest suburb to Newcastle city centre and being extremely close to the universities means there is no need to use public transport. There are several convenience stores and it is also getting a great reputation for somewhere to go to for a reasonably priced meal out. Socializing from here is so easy as Mr Lynch and As You Like It are right on the door step and Jesmond only 5 minutes walk away. Public transport couldn't be better with the Coast Road bus route andJesmond Metro station.
